Founded in 1997, Vision Systems & Technology, Inc. (VSTI) has established itself as a thought leader in the field of intelligence value estimation. Over the course of engagements as both a prime and subcontractor, we have earned a reputation for giving client agencies in the Intelligence and Department of Defense (DoD) communities a distinct decision advantage.

Enable decision advantage for customers by providing innovative solutions and services that produce relevant and ti mely analytic insights. We do this by:
- Enabling organizations to conduct ubiquitous observation of their theatres of operation;
- Implementing systems for high-volume data reduction, analytic discovery and alerting for intelligence; and
- Facilitating intelligence analysis with intuitive tools for rapid extraction of useful information hidden in massive amounts of data.
a venue for innovation
Since 2003, we have dedicated significant resources to our Advanced Solutions Lab, where senior technical staff work with vendors and partners to develop domain-specific solutions on state-of-the-art equipment. We also maintain a knowledge management system that allows us to expedite the development of software and engineering solutions by as much as 50% -- and reduce costs to our customers.
We are an experienced Intelligence Community prime contractor with Defense Contracting Audit Agency approved labor rates and accounting systems. Many of our senior managers are Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, ScrumMaster certified, and over 90% of the staff maintain high-level security clearances.
