Non-traditional IC challenges require new strategies for analysis and innovative data management strategies to advance the analytic tradecraft. Since 1997, we have worked to understand and anticipate the most significant threats and challenges facing our nation’s security and consistently deliver robust operational capability that just works.

Innovative software solutions to complex customer-specific problems drive the investment and development of VSTI technologies and services. Many solutions evolve through costly independent research conducted by VSTI engineers, or through responses to Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) topics. We have established partnerships in the community and with academia. University experts often serve as subject matter experts in our research efforts. Our solutions approach has resulted in SBIR contract awards and prime contract awards in the DoD and Intelligence Community. We have gained extensive experience with the development of software systems that assist with high-volume contextual data reduction, analytic discovery, information dissemination, and alerting for intelligence analysis.
